Monday-Wednesday: $600
Thursday & Friday: $1,200
Saturday: $1,500
Sunday: $900
Half-day rates equal to 70% of the full day rates are available Monday through Thursday from either 7 am to 3 pm or 4 pm to Midnight.
• Rentals of 2 consecutive days will receive a 10% discount.
• Rentals of 3 consecutive days will receive a 15% discount.
• A standard cleaning fee of $100.00 will be added to the rent for each rental.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the renter does not remove all trash from the premises, or if the premises require unusual and excessive cleaning as a result of the renter’s use of the premises.

Length of Rental Period
Traditionally 12pm to 12am. However, if you have special needs past those times just let us know and we will certainly try to work with you.
Included in your Rental
The space includes approximately 2,500 square feet of event space, bar, three bathrooms, wall seating, 75 folding wooden chairs, 5 church pews, (5) 60” round dining tables, (10) 6ft buffet tables, (4) 30” Bar-Height elbow tables, use of food prep room with refrigerator/ freezer, sink and counterspace.
Set Up and Breakdown
The set up and break down which includes moving things back to their original locations is the responsibility of the renter. This includes emptying of the trash cans and removal of all garbage.
